Integrated CNC milled steel hinge #45# medium carbon steel
- 1. Material: 45# carbon steel (custom: 40Cr alloy steel / 304 stainless steel)
- 2. Machining Tolerance: Hole size ±0.02mm, hole coaxiality ≤0.03mm, verticality ≤0.02mm
- 3. Surface Roughness: Inner hole Ra1.6μm, outer surface Ra3.2μm
- 4. Optional Heat Treatment: Quenching & tempering HB220-260 for enhanced strength & anti-fatigue performance
- 5. Optional Surface Finish: Hot black oxide, phosphating, zinc plating
- 6. Lod Capacity: Static load 120–200kg per piece, suitable for reciprocating lifting cycles
- 7. Working Temperature: -20℃ ~ 120℃
- 8. Assembly Method: Pin hinge connection + side screw locking
1. Raw Material: Forged 45# steel blank; alloy steel / stainless steel customizable
2. Manufacturing Process
Rough forging → 5-axis CNC milling for outline & slots → Precision boring for pin holes → Drilling & tapping side mounting holes → Full edge chamfering & deburring → Degreasing cleaning → Optional quenching & tempering → Optional black oxide / phosphating anti-rust treatment
3. Structure Composition
Integrated U-shaped main frame, upper hinge lug, lower hinge lug, precision through holes for pins, multi-size positioning & locking threaded holes on side wall
4. Application Fields
Electric lifting table supports, automation production line transmission joints, machine tool fixtures, connecting supports for heavy-duty lifting equipment
