Solid 6061-T6 aluminum billet, lightweight, high rigidity and natural rust resistance. Raw finish is precision milled surface; optional natural anodizing or hard black anodizing for corrosion protection.

Manufacturing Process

1. Rough CNC milling to form integrated base and vertical plate in one piece

2. Fine finishing of reference planes with concentric circular machining texture

3. Boring positioning hole & tapping evenly distributed mounting screw holes for motor

4. Milling anti-rotation limit slot

5. Counterboring & tapping installation holes on base plate

6. Edge chamfering, deburring and oil cleaning

Structural Composition

1. Wide mounting base: thickened flat flange with multiple counterbore holes for fixing on machine frames

2. Vertical supporting plate: main load-bearing structure with strong deformation resistance

3. Motor positioning boss: positioning datum for servo motor flange assembly

4. Anti-rotation slot: locks motor lug to prevent rotation offset during high-speed operation

• Flatness tolerance: ≤0.03mm per 100mm

• Verticality tolerance of vertical plate: ≤0.02mm

• Static load capacity: 80–150kg per piece (depends on plate thickness)

• Working temperature range: -20℃ ~ 80℃, suitable for standard industrial workshop

• Excellent shock resistance for reciprocating motor operation
