Common problems and solutions
1.Deformation after bending on bending workplace
Root cause:Deformation is mainly due to the hand speed do not keep up with bending speed beacuse of the bending speed is fast.
Solutions:Reduce bending speed,make hand-held parts along with it.
2.Angle will appreace different on both ends while bend a long part.
Casues: a, Material thickness are inconsistent,one end thin while another end thicker.
b,Mould weared,so both ends are different height.
c, Imbalance in the middle,they are not on a same level.
Solutions:Pay attention to raw material choosing;change mould,adjust middle parts.
